About me
My name is Arkadiusz Galiński. I'm a coach and a manager — for over a decade I've worked with people in organisations, and today also in our family business.
I grew up professionally in corporations: Carlsberg Group, Computacenter and Procter & Gamble. I led support teams, owned the Digital Workplace agenda for the Polish market, and later worked as IT Operations Manager for an application used by thousands of people across the EU and AMEA regions. I know from the inside what pressure for results feels like, what difficult conversations sound like, and the moment when a promotion turns out to be a completely different job from the one you loved.
In parallel I'm a co-owner of a family steel trading and metal cutting company — from day-to-day operations, through pricing and customer relations, to implementing new tools. That gives me both perspectives: the manager inside a large organisation and the owner who answers for everything.
I chose coaching out of a genuine passion for working with people. I completed the Professional Coaching Academy postgraduate programme and an MBA at Merito WSB University. In the session I stay a coach — I don't advise, I ask the questions you don't ask yourself, because you're too close to the matter.
I work calmly and concretely. I like it when people leave a session with one thing to do, rather than ten inspirations. I run sessions in Polish and English.
How I work
Concreteness
Every session ends with a clear next step.
Respect
Your pace, your boundaries, your decisions.
Confidentiality
What you say stays in the room. Always.
