About coaching

Coaching is a structured conversation that leads to decisions and action. It is not therapy, not consulting and not mentoring — though it is often confused with all three.

What coaching is

  • A partnership in which you set the goal.
  • Work on something concrete: a decision, a change, a relationship, a result.
  • A process built on questions, not on ready-made advice.
  • A space of complete confidentiality.

What coaching is not

  • Therapy — we don't work with trauma or clinical conditions.
  • Consulting — I won't tell you what to do.
  • Training — I don't deliver a curriculum.
  • Magic — results come from what you do between sessions.

How a session works

  1. 01

    Free consultation

30 minutes. You describe what you're bringing. We check whether we're a good fit.

  2. 02

    Contract and goal

We agree the goal, the number of sessions, the ground rules and how we'll measure progress.

  3. 03

    Sessions

60–90 minutes, usually every two weeks, online or in person. Between sessions, you act.

  4. 04

    Closing

We review what changed and decide whether to close the process or keep going.

Frequently asked questions

How many sessions do I need?
Usually 6–10. For a single specific decision, three can be enough.
Online or in person?
Both work. Online is more convenient and more common; in-person sessions take place in Sady near Poznań.
Is what we talk about confidential?
Yes. Full confidentiality applies, including when an employer pays for the process.
What if after the first session I decide it's not for me?
We stop, with no obligations. Coaching only works when you genuinely want it.
